My stay at the Golden Sun Hotel was fantastic overall! The location right in the heart of Hanoi made it super convenient for exploring attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. However, I did notice that some rooms have no windows, which could be a drawback for some guests.

I had an very nice stay at the Golden Sun Hotel in Hanoi. The central location in the Old Quarter made it easy for me to explore the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, though I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy more of the amenities! Overall, my experience exceeded my expectations.
